Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans cancel instantly from your account page — you keep access until the end of the billing period. Lifetime is a one-time payment and isn't cancellable, but it's also never billed again.
What counts as a question?
Every time you ask Anchor something and get an answer, that's one question. Follow-ups in the same conversation also count. Free accounts get 3 questions per day; Pro and Lifetime are unlimited.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no friction.
Is there pricing for pastors, students, or ministries?
Not yet — but we want to help. Email hello@anchor.bible with your situation and we'll work something out individually until a formal program exists.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. Your questions and conversations are stored only so you can return to them. They're never sold, never shared, and never used as AI training data.
